"Behind the Green Mask: U.N. Agenda 21" by Rosa Koire describes how she discovered that Agenda 21 was behind various county bylaws installed in municipalities across the U.S. over ten years ago to remove landowner rights.

Most of what she talks about is the same as what Alberta & Ontario municipalities are implementing right now with their Municipal Development Plan & Land Use Bylaw rewrites. I've attached a PDF of the book with some highlighted areas.
