The Douro Dummer Council saw Five Delegates Opposed to the Strategic Plan and Voted to Delay the Approval of the Strategic Plan, Consider the Recommendations and Seek More Public Consultation!

City of Thorold, Niagara Region

Thank You to the 80-100 Patriots of Thorold and Niagara that came to Support Our Delegations and Councilor Jim Handley’s Motion Against the United Nations FCM ICLEI Partners for Climate Protection Program!

Our Agenda Item was Allowed, a Robust Discussion Followed. It is evident Councils know very little about this Program and that some City Staff are not very forthcoming about what the program “offers” nor do they disclose the true cost.

The Program was put on hold until more information is acquired.
