Another collective vision has come to reality, a legal defense fund to support those willing to stand up to tyranny, no matter the consequences. I began floating this strategy after the the POEC and am thankful Veterans4Freedom actualized this initiative.
Jack McLennan was on Maverick News, January 8th, 2024 discussing the V4F Support Fund. The full interview with Rick Walker starts at about 1:09:00.

An Open Letter to the Supporters of the Convoy to Ottawa
by Jack McLellan
You know who you are, as we do. You stood on the bridges and the sides of the highways and roads, waving flags and signs, smiles on your faces, tears in your eyes, but most of all, you portrayed the picture of hope.
People from all walks of life stood in the bitter cold winds (-41 for some), running low on fuel and money, hungry and tired, yet unwavering in their goal to let the convoy know you believed in us. Thousands travelled to Ottawa and walked the streets, showing support. You hugged us unashamedly (our ribs can attest to that) and shared your hearts, sometimes with broken English. You drew tears and laughter from many truckers who hadn’t shared those things in a long time. You watched over our trucks and shared your money and food with us. You had our backs and cheered us on, and for that, we will be eternally grateful.
The Bullies, and that is all they are, push us around, act as if we are less than while using tax dollars to persecute those who refused to be cowards. They need your assistance. They face legal challenges in kangaroo courts. They are denied timely bail hearings and the opportunity to present evidence. They are being denied a fair trial.
A few warriors facing this injustice are Harold Jonker, Adam Skelly, Pat King, Jeremy Mackenzie, James Bauder, Randy Hillier, the Coutts Four, James Sowery and many others. A sure way to push back is to have a legal defense fund.
So here is a solution: If 10,000 believers in our cause donated just $5.00 a month, it would give us a fighting chance to push back. Veterans 4 Freedom (people I would trust my life) have established a fund; but funds are low. If everyone who supported the convoy made a five-dollar-a-month donation the government would think twice before unlawfully arresting, charging and fining any of us ever again.
To support the V4F Defense Fund, go to veterans4freedom.ca or send the funds monthly to fund@veterans4freedom.ca; 10% will go to help houseless and needy Veterans.
When the titles are removed, and the hype is quiet, we are just Canadians who are fighting for the future of Canada. Thank you for all you have done in the past, and a sincere thank you for any assistance you can provide. May you be greatly blessed in your life!
I hope that many of you will copy this one-page letter and share it. Drop it at the hairdressers or your frequented stores, and hand them out at work, parties and events where people gather. Hand it to strangers on the street and post it on every surface you can without getting fined. Talk it up and share, share, share! Our people are everywhere.
The V4F Fundraising effort is a concept foundational to our success. I for one have placed $5 a month in all their funds, one for the veterans, one for legal defense and one for Operation Feed. Feel Free to Join Me!
