The United Nations coined the term sustainable development. Their description of sustainable development includes undermining private property rights through non-binding legislative loopholes that make the maintenance of private property rights challenging to understand and a burden to maintain.
The Ontario Landowners Association has a deep and broad understanding of the legislation and loopholes municipal and provincial governments have used to undermine our private property rights.
