The City of Kawartha Lakes 2024 Budget Meeting Gets Slammed!

Last week, men and women in the Kawartha Lakes region attended the 2024 budget meeting, on November 7, 2023.

I was informed the same day that delegates would be speaking at this meeting. Not one, not two, but EIGHT of our people showed up through the freezing rain, used their voices and brought forward the true concerns of the people of this region.

It was beautiful to watch!

There’s never been a more exciting time to be engaged in civic duty at the local level of Canada’s government.

I highly recommend following the Kawartha Freedom group on Facebook. This action group is leading the way in many respects and making progress at the local level.
