To whoever wrote this, I offer words of gratitude not only for the succinct and brief message, but also for the clear manner of shaking people awake with these facts and possibilities. Fear is never the answer. Those on the right side are on God’s side. Pray always for our safety and the people who believe the current federal government is well-managed. They need to see why Canada no longer owns its rail system and resources. Thank you for this timely piece!

How did a foreign entity acquire 83% ownership of a Canadian essential service?

Expand full comment

We should ask Trudeau this question. We all know he sold us down the river to many foreign entities, especially to China.

You may want to read that again Jonathan of Who owns, controls and uses the rail in various and through various methods. Gates is but one and Not Foreign. The world trades. Amen

Um...when did Gates become a Canadian? Or course he’s foreign.🤦🏼‍♂️

My question too. I have the impression that this issue has been slowly keeping up on us. It would be nice to be shown wrong. What is the situation?

It's so difficult to find information sometimes - looks like The Children's Investment Fund (weird) is majority shareholder (6%), followed by The Royal Bank, Vanguard, the usual suspects, but CP is owned by CPKC, since 2001, this is also strange to me. But also read The Gates Foundation is majority shareholder of CPKC. Not web savvy enough to do a deeper dive, but sure it's convoluted on purpose.

Correction on Ownership of Canadian Pacific Railway:

I would like to clarify that Canadian Pacific Railway is not 83% owned by the Bill Gates Foundation, nor is it a major shareholder. The foundation manages its investments through Cascade Investment, which holds shares in various companies, including CPR. However, the majority ownership of CPR is held by a diverse range of institutional investors and mutual funds.

Some of the major shareholders of Canadian Pacific Railway include:

- Cascade Investment, LLC(Bill Gates' investment vehicle)

- The Vanguard Group

- BlackRock, Inc.

- Wellington Management

- Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB)

These entities collectively hold a significant portion of CPR’s shares, contributing to its ownership structure.

I hadn't really noticed the rail strike. I did go to the hardware store today and couldn't buy mason jars, but since it is my habit to buy mason jars every other time I go to the hardware store, I have lots.

I am unclear about the link between the shareholders and the strike. The strike was called and orchestrated directly by a labour union, yet there is no mention of this in your article. It is the labour union that is disruption the supply chains, not the shareholders. The CPP IB, for example, is my former client. It holds investments around the world in the attempt to ensure the Canada Pension Plan can meet its ongoing obligations to Canadian retirees. The CPR is evidently one of many items in its investment portfolio and likely less than 1% of the total. CCP-IB was created long ago as a Board instead of a federal department to keep politics away from its core responsibilities.

Vanguard, State Street, BlackRock, and other massive investment corporations that operate as brokers on behalf of investors (institutional and retail) and corporations that sell equities to raise capital for their operations to produce a competitive ROI for the investors. Investors go where the returns are best. Institutional investors are often pension funds controlled by trade unions and professional group such as teachers. The executives of these investment giants are unlikely to sabotage the interests of their clientele who are free to take their investments elsewhere.

To believe that this strike is the work of Gates et al is a stretch of imagination for me.

Its too bad you cannot see the truth of it all. An event so big, they throw one distraction after another at you, while no one sees the real cause.

CN and CP railroads are different entities, they are all globalist share holders. We have been under globalist control for decades. Think free trade. We lost our sovereignty with free trade and those freedoms we thought we had. A long time ago. From Chretien on. We are in the belly of the beast. Do not kid yourselves. Be aware. Do not fear. Accountability of one self is the greatest deterrent to totalitarians. The state may steal from us, do not rely on the state. Put your money where your heart, soul and mouth are. Do not feed the beast system. And if you have overburdened yourselves you will need to ask God to bless the poison you call food that you must purchase from the beast system.

Hi Maggie,

Indeed there are many forces at play on us people. It is good to hear that Exopolitics and the Common Law Tribunal that has been dealing with the nefarious attacks are now coming to fruition. Below Judge Alfred shares some of the behind scenes info. Judge Alfred is a former CIA Darpa and retired Judge living in Canada.

Here is the share:
